How We Work Policy

How It Works for Publishers

How the BacklinksFusion Guest Post Marketplace Works for Publishers

Every publisher on the platform operates under a clear, consistent policy designed to protect editorial quality, ensure buyer confidence, and keep the guest post marketplace performing at the standard that link building agencies and backlink services buyers expect. Follow these steps to keep your vendor account active and your order flow healthy.

Step 01

Quality Review & Site Listing

Your domain authority, organic traffic, niche alignment, and editorial standards are reviewed before approval. Once listed, keep your metrics and turnaround times accurate. Outdated information directly affects buyer trust and order volume.

Step 02

Order Acceptance & Brief Review

New orders arrive as Pending. Review the buyer brief carefully, including anchor text, target URL, and niche requirements, then move the order to In Progress. Every placement must match the brief exactly.

Step 03

Live Link Submission

After publishing, submit the live URL from your order details panel. The link moves to In Review for admin verification and compliance check before the order is marked complete and earnings are credited.

Step 04

Compliance & Content Standards

Published content must align with the agreed niche, anchor text, target URL, and placement policy. Non-compliant work can be rejected without payment. Consistent quality attracts higher-value orders from premium link building service buyers.

Step 05

Revision Handling & Buyer Communication

Use the order chat for revisions. Respond promptly, keep buyers informed, and maintain professional communication to build your vendor reputation.

Step 06

Payout Processing

Earnings are credited after order completion and payment confirmation. Keep your payout details current in My Account. No hidden deductions, no delayed settlements.
